The melancholic endokinesis: from Hubertus Tellenbach’s psychological Typus to the Clock genes biology

Enrico Rosini

Endogenous, somatogenic and psychogenic concepts are confronted in the frame of reference of Hubertus Tellenbach’s reaction and situation concepts. The melancholic endokinesis process is described starting from the situation of Tellenbach’s psychological typus, leading to melancholy.
The Endogenous concept is at the crossroad between “lived experience” and somatic genesis. The important discoveries of the mechanisms of the Clock polymorphism risk hypostatizing the biological conceptualization of the Endon by identifying the Clock system with the Endon.
